Our Story
Our history begins in 1983, when the german company Wandel & Goltermann GMBH decides to open a branch in Argentina.
On the year 2000 Wandel & Goltermann sell their share capital to an american financial group, and the company fuses with the american corporation TTC, generating a reorganization and a change of business name. Since then and until 2003 it was known in the market as Acterna Internacional.
In that year, as a result of the economic situation of the country, the central office decides to close the argentinian branch. The employees decide to take up the challenge and continue managing the company, and after a transfer of shares TECNOUS SA is born.
