Celebrating 20 years at the same company is not something that happens every day. That’s why we wanted to meet with Enrique Maglio, our Technical Service Manager, who has just reached this milestone at TECNOUS
Over these two decades, Enrique built much of his working life at the company, although for him time passed almost without noticing, amid countless anecdotes, projects, and challenges that enriched him both professionally and personally.
He especially highlights the excellent work atmosphere, where there is always a reason to gather and share a celebration. He also deeply values the opportunity to balance work with his family life, which allowed him to be present for every important moment in his daughters’ education.
For Enrique, one of TECNOUS’s great differentiators is its culture centered on providing the customer with distinctive value, always betting that products and services exceed expectations. During these years, the company also gave him the opportunity to train abroad, opening new perspectives and consolidating his professional development.
Another aspect he highlights is the mix of generations within the team, which allows the most experienced to share knowledge while enriching themselves with new perspectives, fostering growth both professionally and personally for everyone.
Additionally, he emphasizes how work with autonomy is encouraged, something that for him boosts motivation and brings special satisfaction when ideas come to fruition. The focus on working toward objectives also offers greater freedom in time management and, at the same time, better results.
